The Services allow for the execution of cryptocurrency trades based on your personally developed strategies on TradingView. The Services require the provision of your API keys, which interact with various exchanges to execute trades pursuant to your strategies. For security, Pinebot does not store your API keys.
It is your responsibility to secure and maintain the confidentiality of your API keys. It's recommended that you restrict permissions on your API keys to spot trading, perpetual futures trading, and wallet access (for internal transfers between the spot and futures wallet). Granting withdrawal permissions or any other permissions is not advised and if granted, is entirely at your own risk. In the event of compromise of your API keys, you bear the entire responsibility for any resulting losses or damages.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Pinebot does not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements; be available or provided on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis; or result in any predicted outcome. Pinebot will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result of the use of the Services, including as a result of unauthorized access to your API keys.
Users are provided with a free trial period to determine the suitability of the Services. Given the availability of this trial period, all payments for Services are final and non-refundable.
Pinebot may amend the Terms related to the Services from time to time. Amendments will be effective upon our posting of such updated Terms on the Services. Your continued access or use of the Services after such posting constitutes your consent to be bound by the Terms, as amended.
You are responsible for complying with all local laws in your jurisdiction when you access or use the Services. You must refrain from using the Services if any applicable laws in your jurisdiction prohibit you from doing so in accordance with these Terms.
